How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Payment - I require immediate payment when the order has been placed. If payment has not been received I will cancel the order and re list the item.
Shipping - If you require insurance, please contact me before purchasing your item and I will add on the required amount. I cannot cover the cost for items that go missing or are damaged in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges - In regards to refunds, you will have 14 days to return the item so please email me ASAP on receiving your package to discuss this. Postage costs cannot be refunded.
Commissions - I require an initial payment of 50% deposit then full payment once the painting has been finished.
